Too smart to be 4

For those who dont know Tyler, he is very good at getting what he wants and turning a bad situation for him into a good one. While this is a very good ability to have, it is challenging to keep up with him after a long day. So what happened today? Well, it started with being too rough with his toys and getting a time out. “Tyler – Go sit by the yellow tool box(which was on the couch) for 5 minutes and cool down.” But Tyler did not want to go sit on the couch. He wanted to sit by his toys. So what does he do? He went and got his yellow tool box, brought it over by his toys, and sat down…

Then there was dinner. First, he started off with Hi Fives all around because this was his favorite meal (corn on the cob and hamburgers). Then, he kept on asking Evan if he wanted mustard on his plate for his hamburger. Kristin and I kept on telling him not to. What did Evan say? Something along the lines of ‘hamugmeur’. What does Tyler say back? ‘That was Spanish for Mustard’…

Hopefully he will use his powers for good and not for evil when he gets older.
